The location of Clef is fantastic. Just a short walk to the main lifts made mornings easy. The cozy lounge with an open fire created a warm atmosphere for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The large heated jacuzzi and steam room were perfect for relaxing sore muscles. Staff were friendly and accommodating, always making sure we felt at home. the shower lacked proper ventilation and felt cramped during our stay, which was slightly disappointing. Breakfast options were tasty but could benefit from more variety in hot dishes. Free parking was a plus, but rooms facing the car park can be noisy when balconies are open.

Staying here was a dream since the hotel is just a few steps from the charming opera and only a short walk to the beautiful parks that Morzine offers, making my city strolls delightful and easy. the friendly family-run service and great food made it just that much better!

What stands out – both good and bad

We enjoyed our time in the hotel as the staff were exceptionally friendly! The outdoor pool was also a fantastic touch, providing great relaxation after a day of exploring.

On the downside, we did find the shower quite small,, and it lacked proper ventilation which made it less comfortable than we had hoped.

We had a blast at La Clef! The spacious, cozy rooms had stunning views, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. Breakfast was tasty, but I wish there were more hot options. can't wait to return!
